We're excited to help your child grow! Our program offers speed, agility, quickness, and strength training for youth ages 6 and up, welcoming all abilities—whether your child is new to sports or already an experienced athlete. 

Our Grit360 Youth Performance program focuses on athlete-centered training, emphasizing both physical and mental fitness. We aim to teach Kauai's keiki the foundations of athletic training and help them harness their grit for sports, transferring it onto the field or court. We emphasize teambuilding, healthy competition, and instilling confidence in our athletes. Our program is structured on building well rounded athletes over time through progressive overload. Youth athletes also learn about overall physical and mental wellness, including stretching, nutrition basics, and injury prevention, helping them stay healthy for years to come.

Large group sessions (1 hr): $10.00 per session

Gritty Squad (ages 6-9): Focus on building a strong foundation with coordination, mobility, and learning how to train. Grind Squads (ages 10-14): Focus on building a strong foundation with coordination, mobility, and learning how to strength train.

Small group sessions (1 hr): $15.00 per session

Grind Squad (ages 10-14): Structured progressive overload training- Foundational training to strength endurance to strength and power. Small groups offer dynamic exercises incorporating speed, agility, and sport-specific strength exercises. Glory Squad (ages 15-18): Structured progressive overload training- Foundational training to strength endurance to strength and power. Small groups offer dynamic exercises incorporating speed, agility, and sport-specific strength exercises.

1:1 Athlete Centered Training (1 hr): $30.00

Our personalized training program is tailored to each athlete and their specific sport. It follows a progressive overload structure and includes athlete-centered support, with education on mental wellness, physical wellness, and nutrition. The program includes a health history review, development of athlete-centered goals, an initial performance assessment, and ongoing progress monitoring with periodic performance assessments.
